December 2019 update
Another year flown by. Nothing much changes out on the ocean. Seasons come and go, various fish migrations too. Now in the winter we are catching the winter species. Various kinds of trevally, lots of mackerel, sailfish, small black marlin. Jigging has been fun and productive this year, with fish of the year – Vincent’s Wahoo last month – falling to a jig.
I plan to take a back seat from the end of this year. Captain Yow knows exactly what to do and will step up to the plate in my absence. His son Spy will assist part time and then full time after he finishes school. In the meantime I will still handle the bookings and emails.
